The quarter-pound brown butter cookie
Butter cooked down until it smells like toffee, real chocolate, and a full quarter pound of dough per cookie. Every cookie is baked from frozen dough, which is what gives them that height — thick, really thick, with a soft middle and a crisp edge.
They're double-sealed before they leave the kitchen — thermal-sealed and adhesive-sealed — so they stay soft until you open the bag.
Alongside those there are stuffed cookies, oatmeal favorites, and boxed assortments for birthdays, thank-yous and get-wells.
